From May 11–17, 2025, Erwin Health Care Center proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week, embracing this year’s theme, “Tapestry of Life.” This theme beautifully captures the essence of our community, where the unique stories, experiences, and backgrounds of our residents and staff intertwine to create a rich, vibrant tapestry. The American Health Care Association chose this theme to honor the individuality of each person in nursing care and to celebrate how their journeys weave together.
At the core of this tapestry are our extraordinary nurses, whose compassion and dedication bring warmth and dignity to every resident’s story. We extend our deepest gratitude to them for their tireless work, not only during NSNCW but every day, as they provide exceptional care and support. Their commitment ensures that each resident’s life continues to be woven with purpose and love. Join us in celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week and honoring our nurses, who are truly the threads that hold our community together.
